I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor, registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Originally from Calgary, my journey has been shaped by both my passion for helping others and my experience as a high-performance athlete. I played Division I hockey in the U.S. while earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling.
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection. I strive to meet you where you’re at and create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with individuals, couples, families, and athletes from all walks of life, including those navigating identity, gender-affirming care, and relationship dynamics.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, personality disorders, and a wide range of life changes and transitions. I also work with couples and families, and offer support around sexual health, intimacy concerns, and men’s mental health. Whether you’re facing something specific or simply looking for a place to reflect, grow, and reconnect with yourself, I’m here to support you.
I view therapy as a courageous step toward healing—and a space to explore, grow, and reconnect with your most authentic self. Drawing from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.
Are you searching for a space to be truly yourself?
I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and fulfillment.
